WHEN: Beginning on Friday, Aug 19th 6pm, thru Saturday, August 20th 6pm
WHERE: Crossfit HOUMA – 1437 St. Charles #101, Houma 70360
WHAT: Crossfit Houma crew will host 24 workouts of the day (WODs) in 24 hours to raise money for MaryBird Perkins Cancer Center at TGMC. 100% of the funds raised will have an immediate and direct impact on patient support services at the Cancer Center.
HOW: It's simple… Every hour on the hour, for 24 hours, a workout will start; all you have to do is stop in. You donate money to do a WOD and get it done!!!
